According to the Federal Act on the Protection of Personal Information held by Private Parties, AM+AA Abogados, S.A. (AM+AA) located in Bogota 2818, Col. Providencia, Guadalajara, Jalisco, C.P. 44639, shall be considered as the responsible entity regarding the processing of personal information provided hereby, as well as for past and future actions with regards to the services provided by AM+AA.

Purpose of processing personal information

Through this privacy notice AM+AA informs that the purposes regarding the processing of the personal information hereby provided, could be the following:

1. Information purposes: with the purpose to make available to you the information and services you requested, to communicate the status and information of the procedures that you have initiated with AM+AA, to provide all kinds of information that AM+AA considers useful and important to you; or
2. Communication: with the purpose to maintain communication over subjects of interest such as reports and results, as well as the update of information and special notices, so that AM+AA may maintain an updated and efficient communication with you.

Transfer of information:

In order to undertake de activities previously described, there is the possibility that your information may be transferred to third correlated parties, whether local or foreign. If you do not express any opposition to the transfer of personal information, it shall be understood that you have granted consent for such purposes. The transfer of information may be done, among other, under the following cases:

1. For the inherent purposes of the services provided by AM+AA and that you are aware of.
2. For each and every case set forth by law.

• For statistic, internal logistics and supervision of services, and the quality of such.

Access, Rectification, Cancelation and Opposition Rights:

The ownerof the personal information may exercise his rights to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Oppose, and to revoke consent, according to the following regulation:

The owner of the personal information provided shall deliver to AM+AA a written request by which he indicates at least: (i) complete name of owner of information, (ii) address, (iii) detailed and precise description of the information for which you wish to exercise the aforementioned actions. The written request must be signed by the owner of the personal information and shall be accompanied by a copy of any identification with a photograph. AM+AA shall have a term of 20 business days to give answer to the corresponding written request.
