GABRIEL AGUILAR MAYTORENA

Obtained a Law Degree from Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico City and holds the title of Public Attestor number 12 of the State of Jalisco since year 1994. With more than 35 years of experience in Mexico City and Guadalajara, he has been a professor for the Universidad Panamericana located in Mexico City and for the campus in Guadalajara (founding professor at such campus), as well as professor for the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente, located in Guadalajara. He is also a founding member of the Mexican Bar Association for Lawyers, Jalisco Chapter, and has been Secretary to many Board of Directors of several important companies and corporation groups relevant in the business environment of Jalisco. He is also a service provider for Alternative Means of Conflict Resolution, recognized and credited by the Instituto de Justicia Alternativa del Estado de Jalisco, which is part of the Judiciary Authority of such state.

Prior to the incorporation of his law firm in the city of Guadalajara, during the years of 1974 and 1987, he was part of two major law firms in Mexico City with international visibility, of which he became partner.

He attended and completed a Masters in Corporate Law under the case study method by the Universidad Panamericana Guadalajara campus, as well as the postgraduate degree in Corporate and Economic Law offered by the Universidad Panamericana Mexico City campus. He completed the program Regulation of Water in Mexico imparted by the Mexican Bar Association. Moreover, he successfully completed the “Business English Course” in the cities of Cambridge, England and San Francisco, California, both conducted by the education institution EF Education.

He has been recognized by English magazine “Chambers & Partners” in its Latin-American edition as a recognized lawyer for complex negotiations and of great significance, and as a very good lawyer.

Additionally, he has imparted courses, seminars and conferences in different forums with regards to the topics of Family Office, Testamentary Planning and Corporate Government, among others.

Obtained a Law Degree by the Universidad Panamericana Guadalajara campus, he attended and successfully completed with honorary mention the Masters in Corporate Law under the case study method, imparted by the same Universidad Panamericana Guadalajara campus. He has been Secretary and Pro-Secretary in the Board of Directors of several important companies and corporation groups relevant in the business environment of Jalisco. He is also a service provider for Alternative Means of Conflict Resolution, recognized and credited by the Instituto de Justicia Alternativa del Estado de Jalisco, which is part of the Judiciary Authority of such state.

He attended and successfully completed the X Program for the Update for Corporate Lawyers and the II Program of Real Estate Law, both imparted by the National Corporate Lawyers Association (ANADE). Moreover, he attended and completed the certification of the 49th Academy of American and International Law provided by the Center of American and International Law in the City of Dallas, Texas, US. He participated in the Symposium named “Services in NAFTA: A decade later” imparted by the Universidad Panamericana Guadalajara campus, jointly with the University of Ottawa and the Michigan State University College of Law.

He attended and obtained a diploma in the program “Advanced conversation and business English” by the International Center for American English (ICAE) in the city of San Diego, California.

Obtained a Law Degree by Universidad Panamericana Guadalajara campus and graduated with honorary mention. He attended and completed the specialties of liabilities, agreements and law in corporate entities, both by the Universidad Panamericana Guadalajara campus, with which he obtained the title as Master of Commercial and Corporate Law.

He completed several programs in compared law imparted by the Mexican Academy of Private International Law, Global and Regional, as well as a program in Tax and fiscal defense, imparted by the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente.

Obtained a Law Degree by the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo. He is a professor of Foreign Trade and Customs Law at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara. Additionally, he is author of the Manual de Estudios al Comercio Exterior published by Folia Universitaria editorial, as well as of Legislación Aduanera 2007 Correlacionada, by Tegra editorial.

He has a Masters degree in taxes imparted by the the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, and completed the program in Foreign Trade Taxes by the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, and the program International Taxes by Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México jointly with the Harvard International Tax Program.

He attended and completed with honorary mention the specialities in Liabilities, Agreements, and Corporate and Economic Law, both by Universidad Panamericana Guadalajara campus, with which he obtained the Masters Degree in Commercial and Corporate Law.

He attended the program Family Office by the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (Tec de Monterrey), as well as other programs focused in corporations and legal entities.

Moreover, he was editor to magazine Consejero Empresarial, in which he published legal and corporate counsel articles.

Obtained a Law Degree by Universidad Panamericana Guadalajara campus. She attended and completed the specialty in Liabilities and Agreements imparted by Universidad Panamericana Guadalajara campus.

She participated in the forum for the Criminal Reform in the LVI Legislature of the Congress of the State of Jalisco. She attended the Conferences imparted by the Organization of American States (OAS) located in the University of Ottawa, Canada, regarding international public and private law. Additionally, she participated in the program to gather Guiding Electoral Regulations of the State for the Federal Judiciary Authority.

She has several updating programs in Public Attestation and electronic signature, and a career in the specialized services in public notaries and public attestors offices.
